OUTSOURCED ACCOUNTING TEAM

We provide the full range of accounting services from CFO through to management accounting, statutory accounting, bookkeepers and purchasing officers.

Our team will operate as an integral part of your business with individual domain accountants using you’re your domain name. We operate as if we are your full time, in house accounting team – except that you only pay for the hours or days a week a week that you need us. And all Button One staff remain our employees and up to us to train and manage.

RESEARCH

We provide advice on all your research and commercialisation needs including tailored research programs and research providers; grant funding available; product trials; establishment of pilot sites; IP protection and distribution partners. Basically everything you need to "close the gap" between research and revenue.

FUNDS MANAGEMENT

Button One provides a range of services to smaller funds and private syndicates including establishment and operation of all back office functions including the management of register of units, payment of distributions, communications with unitholders, financial reporting and AFSL and ASIC compliance reporting.

Button One can also act as the corporate trustee for your fund.
